This 1 Bed apartment is is secure and modern in a 15 Floor building as shown on the right.It is close to West Croydon Train and Bus station .

It can serve as a good work space  or working studio as well.

Aston & Pearl rent these apprtments at £280- weekly + £30 council tax. I am subsidized by benefits  and therefore might not be able to asssist another benefit option.The length of tenure I have  on this property is not certain,  but I would  estimate 1-3 years.

As you may guess this is looking like an informal arrangement without guarantees or definate securities.But check it out if you wish.

I would initially be expecting  about a £150-£200 all in  pricing ,I will  look at other suggestions.

It is possiible that I will want to travel and hand over a larger sharing  % option.
